Payment terms:The customer shall pay for the work performed within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of submission by the Contractor of the work acceptance certificate signed by both parties, the certificate of the cost of work done and costs and an invoice.
The work of the brigade on the PNP in the standby mode (technological operations not related to the work of the brigade, weather and road conditions) is paid in the amount of 2/3 of the cost of the crew-hour (see Appendix No. 17 to the draft tender contract).
Payment of the work of the brigade on the PNP through the fault of the Contractor is not made.
The cost of work of involved third-party organizations is agreed with the customer.
The cost of the work of special equipment involved in the performance of contractual work is determined on the basis of tariffs for technical transport services adopted at Tatneft-Samara LLC operating at the time of the provision of services.
Delivery terms:From the date of the conclusion of the contract (but not later than June 17, 2019) until December 31, 2021
