Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:the customer makes a payment of work performed by transferring money to the account of the Contractor in the following order:
- monthly until the 10-th of the month Customer lists Contractor an advance payment (advance) in the amount of not more than 30% (thirty) percent of the monthly planned amount of work. In the absence of competing commitments in favour of the employer payment is not made.
Within 5 (five) calendar days from the delivery date of the advance, the contractor provides the customer with an invoice for the amount of the advance, designed in accordance with the requirements of the TAX CODE;
- the final calculation is made by the customer to the 20 day of the month following the month of work performance, minus the advance issued under the acts of completed works, signed by both parties and invoices.
If the amount of work performed during the reporting month less the amount of the advance payment, by agreement with the customer, amount paid shall be set off against the advance payment for the next month, or the customer is returned to its written request for current account within 5 (five) working days.
Delivery terms:from the date of conclusion of the contract (but not later 09.01.2018 g), 31.12.2020.

The term service delivery/performance of the works is 3 years. The winner of the Bodo assured procedures guaranteed volume for the duration of the contract is 3 years. Rates will be revised annually according to a formula of the escalation of prices according to the formula of the price change of EMG (annex 15 to the Model Treaty).
