| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
- for services for the implementation of the creative strategy of the employer's brand, the Customer, based on the number of services provided and the cost of each service specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, transfers the amount of money to the Contractor on the basis of the invoice within 10 (Ten) banking days after signing the Universal Transfer Documents, but not earlier than receipt of funds to the Customer's current account under the Main Agreement. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
