Ranking of bids

The Counterparty must have a valid license for the collection, transportation, disposal/neutralization of the Customer's waste. The Counterparty has the right to involve subcontractors in the provision of services with the prior written consent of the Customer. At the same time, responsibility for improper fulfillment of obligations by a subcontractor engaged by the Counterparty under this Agreement is assigned to the Counterparty, including payment of penalties.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
