Comments:
1) Insurance policies must be open (without specifying the persons admitted to management);
2) Insurance policies must be unlimited (deductibles);
3) CASCO insurance policies should have DOSAGO (extension of motor liability) for 1,000,000 rubles or more (specify in the application for participation);
4) The concluded contract should not contain a clause on refusal of payments in an insured event that occurred in case of gross violation of traffic rules;
5) The concluded contract must contain a damage assessment system based on the calculation;
6) The deadline for making payments / referrals for repairs should be carried out on the day of application / as soon as possible (indicating the number of calendar days in the application for participation), subject to the provision of a complete set of documents.
It is necessary to attach an application for participation and a technical and commercial proposal with a seal, signature and delivery dates in PDF format.
The list of documents to be uploaded to the application for participation is specified in the Procurement Documentation, each item is mandatory.
This procurement procedure is not a tender or auction and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procurement procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer and the organizer of the purchase an appropriate amount of civil obligations for the mandatory conclusion of a contract with the winner of the procurement procedure or other participants who took second and subsequent places when the winner evaded signing the contract.
