Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

1. Attach documents confirming the experience of providing cleaning services
2. To conclude an agreement with the Customer, the Participating Company will need to provide (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
- a completed counterparty card;
- statutory and accounting documents for the conclusion of the contract (the list is sent by the Customer separately).
The participating company is obliged to provide the requested documents within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the request by e-mail. If the Participating Company fails to provide a package of documents within the specified time period, the Customer reserves the right not to further consider the proposal of this Company.
