Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer makes payment for the services rendered in the amount of 100% of their cost within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the work performed, provided that there are no claims for their quality and provided that the Customer receives an invoice duly issued in the name of the Buyer and the original of the contract.
Delivery terms:Work performance term: 7 months. from the moment of signing the contract.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The procurement participant must ALWAYS attach a commercial offer signed by the person in charge, on the letterhead. The price offer and terms of delivery submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" - MANDATORY.
