We are invited to participate in the competition for the right to provide replacement services for mud mats in the restaurants and coffee shops of the Chocolatnitsa Group, Coffee House, Wabi Sabi.

This purchase (open request for proposals) is not a bid (contest or auction) and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, para. 2, art. 3 of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18 July 2011 on procurement of goods, works, services by individual types of legal entities. This Open Request for Proposals procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Promoter has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
