Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Each participant must provide a completed application form in electronic form in the "doc" format, as well as a scanned version with a signature and seal.

It is possible to extend the application deadline at the request of the participant through the "Clarifications" menu in the procedure.

The opening date of applications occurs 1 hour after the filing date of applications.
This makes it possible for participants in the procedure to upload documents corresponding to the last price submitted, already after the filing date.

The selection criteria for the winner are the bid price, as well as the positions indicated in the additional proposal fields that will be displayed when the participant submits the application.
