Comments:
1. the Bidder, as part of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding, provides a complete list of documents (attached). if the requested documents are not provided, the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding will not be considered. The documents must be in Excel format and in scanned form signed by an official authorized to sign;
2. Call for Bidding is carried out on the terms of the option +/- 50% of the volume of the concluded contract (the option means the buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of goods supplied under the contract without changing the remaining terms of the contract, including without changing the price);
3. the prices indicated in the bid for Call for Bidding must be fixed before 08/31/2024. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
4. bid deadline date and time: no later than 11 days from the start date of bid submission until 14-00 (moscow time);
5. Terms of payment: monthly after 35 (thirty-five) calendar days from the date of submission of the invoice on the basis of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the services provided signed by the Customer. payment is made on the basis of data on the actual mileage, operating time in the customer's glonass / gps navigation system (monitoring system).
6. Call for Bidding is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the civil code of the russian federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by articles 1057-1065 of the civil code of the russian federation.
