Hereby notifying JSCB Rosevrobank» (JSC) (hereinafter the Bank) announces an open request for proposal on the right of the conclusion of the agency agreement with the Bank on the Bank's right to carry out on behalf of and on the instructions of the insurer search and attraction of individuals to conclude contracts with the insurer and investment life insurance invited to submit their proposals.
In the offer, please indicate:
• the amount of additional deposit, which the insurance company was willing to put in the RosEvroBanke for the product;
• the period for which the insurance company was willing to accommodate the additional deposit;
• the size of the fee for registration of RosEvroBanku COLI;
• bank account RosEvroBanke to enumerate the premiums (if any)/willingness to open a settlement account at RosEvroBanke for a listing of awards;
• terms of the client's product, including treaty COLI;
• motivational programs for staff;
• agency agreement with RosEvroBankom;
• the presence API for integration with online banking/mobile application.
Requirements for participants:
• the availability of licenses for life insurance in case of death, surviving until a certain age or period or occurrence of an event in the territory of the Russian Federation;
• reliability rating not lower than "BB" on international rating scale S&P or Fitch or "a +" on the scale of expert RA;
• absence of overdue obligations owed to third parties;
• the absence of prosecutions brought and nesnjatyh convictions against executives;
• lack of pending regulations of the Bank of Russia.
