Payment terms:The Customer pays for the Services actually rendered and accepted, the Customer pays on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor after 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acts of Acceptance of the Services rendered in the corresponding reporting period, the Accounting Log of the volume of Services rendered.
Delivery terms:Services are provided on the basis of applications and within the terms stipulated by the Contract. The volume of services and regularity are agreed upon until the moment of their execution. The terms and dates of execution are agreed upon by the Parties as needed.

Criteria for evaluating Applicants' Proposals:
1. The cost of an hour of work (VAT)
2. The ability to provide quality personnel with Russian language proficiency in the right quantity in a timely manner.
3. Relevant work experience in 3- 4 star hotels.
4. Maintaining documentation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation + Employees have a full package of documents required to work in the field of public catering.

Dear partners, it is mandatory to attach a reference list to your KP indicating the legal entities of the hotels with which you cooperate or have ever cooperated, the contact persons in these hotels.
