The "Customer" has the right to receive software updates throughout the term of this agreement, and the "Contractor" agrees to provide them as they become available.
The Contractor undertakes to provide technical support services from the moment of receipt of the request and to provide prompt communication methods for collecting information necessary for the provision of services.

Comments:
The term for the provision of services from the date of conclusion of the contract, putting into commercial operation from 01.01.2020. Previous work experience is taken into account, including at the customer’s enterprise.
