Installation of three container-type compressor stations on the territory of Larta Glass Ramenskoye LLC.

Provision of the float glass production plant with compressed air - 2000 nm3/h
Delivery of 3 compressor stations with a capacity of 1000 nm3/h, working pressure — 7 bar:
2 pcs. in operation (main electronic equipment);
1 pc. backup (category II electronic equipment).

Scope of delivery:
-Design, manufacture, testing, packaging, shipment.
-Integration of third-party equipment.
-Control hardware and software (PLC, cabinets, remote controls, licenses).
-Security systems, drives, sensors, cables.
-Tools and materials for installation, maintenance, calibration.
-Project management, supervision, commissioning, staff training.
-Project documentation (paper + DWG).

Interaction and control:
-Coordination of all suppliers, project manager.
-Reports: daily, weekly, regular informing about the schedule.
-The presence of the author's supervision and commissioning team (4 weeks).
-Option: remote support during the warranty period.

Requirements for the contractor:
Experience ≥ 3 similar objects.
Warranty: 24 months.

Terms:
Delivery: until 06/01/2026
Installation: by agreement
Launch: until 09/01/2026
