The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to the composition listed below. The works are performed by the Contractor in full, "turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Statement of the scope of work according to the Working Documentation and
Appendix A.
2. Purchase and delivery of consumables, mounting parts,
materials for sealing seams and other materials necessary for work
.
3. Delivery and unloading of materials at the place of work. Input quality control with log entry and certificates.
4. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools to the work site in the amount necessary for high-quality work in accordance with the GPR.
5. Earthworks, foundation preparation, insulation.
6. Perform the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures in accordance with the instructions of the Working Documentation.
7. Perform non-destructive testing of the strength of monolithic
reinforced concrete structures of the grillage (inspection
of structures).
8. Perform waterproofing of surfaces in contact with the ground with cold bitumen mastic in 2 layers. Perform sealing of seams.
9. Perform insulation of basement panels
10. Backfilling with sand of medium size with layer-by-layer compaction
11. Transfer of a set of Executive documentation and delivery of works
12. Other works necessary for the successful completion of the work.
13. Demobilization.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Scope of Work Sheet can be delivered by the Customer as a tolling material. The obligation, in this
case, for entrance control, acceptance, unloading, moving to the place of work, completeness, protection and safety of material and
property, etc., remains with the Contractor

Comments: 1. Before the start of installation, perform a verification geodetic survey
of the top of the structures of the grillings and columns for compliance with the planned and
high-altitude positions, notify the Customer and Contractor about excess deviations and discrepancies with the Executive survey.
2. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and the schedule of work with the Customer.
3. Operational control of concrete strength is carried out by indirect
non-destructive testing methods (ultrasound, etc.) according to GOST
18105-2010, GOST 22690-2015.
4. Quality control of concrete in structures is carried out in a complex by indirect (ultrasound, etc.) and direct (separation with chipping), non-destructive methods according to the requirements of GOST 18105-2010, GOST 22690-2015.
5. The panel surface category must be at least according to GOST 13015-
2012 - A2 for the outer and visible inner sides; and A4 for the invisible inner sides.
6. Monolithic elements must have values of permissible
deviations of no more than:
- planes per 1 m plane in any direction 5mm;
- vertically 15mm per floor and 1/1000N for the entire height of the building;
- in length and width of 20mm;
- deviations in cross-sectional dimensions + 6, - 3mm.
7. To protect the surfaces in contact with
the backfill soil, coat with cold bitumen mastic in two layers on
the prepared surface. The waterproofing surface should not have roughness and sinks.
8. Laying, heating, and care of concrete should be carried out according
to the requirements of SP 70.13330.2012, SP 435.1325800.2018.
9. All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and forces
Contractor. The cost of the work includes, temporary lighting, a wheel washing point and its maintenance and accommodation and meals for personnel,
the installation of temporary roads, networks and structures, sanitary
facilities, consumables, overlaps, overlaps and joints
of materials, travel expenses, materials and equipment for laying, care and heating of concrete, personal protective equipment for
safety, snow cleaning, drainage, collection, removal and
disposal of garbage, the safety of materials, equipment and property, obtaining and developing the necessary related documents for the production of works and other costs necessary for the successful completion of work within the time limits set by the contract and with the quality corresponding to the requirements of the Customer, this TOR and Working Documentation.
10. When constructing an object, follow the RD-11-02-2006 regarding the composition and list of acts of inspection of works and inspection of structures, a set of Executive documentation.
11. When performing work and after completion of work, it is necessary
to clean the territory and remove garbage.
12. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration.
13. Payment for the work performed is made for the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost of the work performed are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficient of compaction, decompression, spills, losses during transportation and unloading /loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps, coefficient for irreparable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be included in the cost of work.
14. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed.

The contractor is obliged to strictly comply with the requirements of OT and TB, in
accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, as well
as the internal requirements of the enterprise when carrying out work. The contractor
is obliged to respond immediately to all comments from the outside
The Customer for violations of the rules of OTiTB, and immediately eliminate such comments. The customer has the right to stop the contractor's work until the violations are eliminated, if such violations can lead to serious injuries or death of the contractor's employees. The Customer has the right to impose a fine on the Contractor for not fulfilling the Customer's requirements to eliminate violations of the OTiTB rules.
