Comments:
1. The Commercial offer should contain the cost of production, the cost of delivery (specify separately), delivery time, payment terms.
2. The Goods must be new 2019g. Production (not considered offers for used goods, recycled or from storage)
3. Proposals are accepted from factories of manufacturers or official representatives, which should be confirmed by official document (certificate of Representative, distributor, dealer);
4. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. The Buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing liability.
5. All questions on procedure can be specified by means of ETP functional;
6. The Term of validity of the commercial offer is not less than 30 calendar days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
