Payment terms:
The price includes all shipping and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products is carried out by the Supplier’s transport (transport company) to the warehouse of PAO "ChMK"! Delivery transport costs are included in the price of the product.
Comments: 1) Signing of the contract and delivery specifications in the standard form of PSC ChMK, without protocol of disagreements (see attachment);
2) Year of production - 2020;
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all proposals received without incurring any liability to the Participants.
4) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of products and companies that have a dealer certificate have an advantage.
5) If you are an official representative of the manufacturer, attach all documents to B2B. Only manufacturers, trading houses and official dealers are allowed to participate with the support of a dealership certificate and a certificate of conformity for products.
6) Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
