Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

UPDATE:

1. Terms of payment - mandatory 100% deferral of 60 calendar days
2. Warranty - according to the model contract, unless otherwise specified in the statement of work.
3. AC consent for signing a standard contract form
4. Fixing prices for positions in 2019 - 1Q. 2020
5. Prices are fixed only in rubles
6. Indicate the address of the warehouse for shipment of equipment

Purchase volume - 12 objects, GM / MS format

All bidders need:
1. Fill in the TCH template (all lines to be filled)
2. Provide the necessary documentation for the equipment (passports, certificate, list of components requested in the statement of work and their cost)

No E-signature is required.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
