Payment terms:Payment for the Goods under this Agreement shall be made by the Buyer on the terms of 100% advance payment for the cost of each batch of Goods agreed in accordance with clause 3 of this specification, no later than the 30th of the calendar month preceding the month of shipment and in the presence of advance payment security provided by the Supplier. The funds overpaid by the Buyer are credited to the account of payment for the following batches of products

Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
