Comments: Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of Izhstal PJSC.
Obligatory loading of a commercial proposal by a participating organization.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal PJSC must upload the following documents to the system within one day to complete the contract:
a) a copy of the charter in the current edition with all amendments and additions with a note from the tax authority;
b) copy of state registration certificate of legal entity
c) copy of tax registration certificate
d) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no older than 15 calendar days prior to the date of submission
e) a copy of a certificate from tax authorities on tax arrears to budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter - the head) (order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if the documents are signed by the representative by proxy
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to supply a certain type of product as an authorized representative of the manufacturer. Such a document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of gratitude and feedback from customers on the subject of a request for prices (at least 3)
j) copies of certificates of QMS (quality management system) of the Participant and Manufacturer of the proposed products
k) consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Member and / or the responsible person of the Member, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Member provides personal data;
l) other documents, which, in the opinion of the Participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with relevant comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure is entitled to accept the offer from such participant to the email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the platform using the System’s functionality, subject to the following conditions:
¬- The participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the proposal must be sent to the email address no later than 4 business hours before the deadline for accepting the proposals specified in the Notification, with a mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents should contain an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to post an electronic version of their proposal and the rejection of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
