The choice of contractual counterparty for the provision of deratization, disinsection, disinfection services.

The ongoing Competition is not a Competition (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The venue of the request for proposals is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Bid-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Requirements Specification.

The request for proposals will be held from 11/23/13 to 15:00 on 11/30/13 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Agreement with the Requirements Specification and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• Competitive bidding process regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• The questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Confirm the qualification of employees by presenting documents certifying the professional training of personnel involved in work on the Customer's territory (indicate the number of personnel, including specialists with higher education, secondary specialized education and disinfectants; indicate when and where the personnel were trained; indicate the form of training) by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Provision of confirmations and positive feedback (letters of recommendation) from large food companies of existing contractors (at least three), customers of pest control, deratization, disinfection, disinfection services by uploading documents to E-Marketplace
A prerequisite for participation in the procedure is confirmation of bids in the Bid specification form (Appendix No. 1) in strict accordance with the submitted bids on the site (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) indicating: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT in PDF and Excel format. Offers from Bidders who have not confirmed their bids within three hours after the end of the procedure to Ole e-mail.Kalinina@x5.ru , will not be accepted for consideration.

The commercial offer must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
