attention: lots are mutually exclusive, the selection of winners within each lot will be carried out at the minimum bid price, provided that the Bidder meets all the declared block factors.
the decision on the selection of the lot for the Call for Bidding will be made after the final round.

The offer can be submitted either for two Lots or for one of the selected ones.

the Bidder's offer must contain the following documents:

1) Commercial proposal in the form of Appendix No. 5 (for each Lot), taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as overhead and transportation costs required to implement the project in accordance with the stated Terms of Reference (in PDF format on the company's letterhead with the seal and signature of an authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 (Statement of Consent) (in part of each Lot) in PDF format on the company's letterhead with the seal and signature of the authorized person);
3) Completed Appendix No. 4 (Declaration of Compliance with Customer requirements) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of the authorized person;
4) Completed Appendix No. 6 (Privacy Statement) in PDF format with the seal and signature of the authorized person;
5) a completed Bidder's questionnaire in the form of appendix no. 7 (in word and pdf format with the signature of the authorized person and seal) with all attachments required in the questionnaire;
6) Completed Appendix No. 9 (Conflict of Interest Certification) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of the authorized person;
7) Summary of the main experts proposed for the project (indicating the implemented projects);
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
