Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Absolutely! Send the Bidder's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) and the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 4) during the Competitive bidding process in Excel format by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace. You also need to upload a signed offer confirmation to the E-Marketplace
(in free form).

Each Bidder of the request for proposals must be accredited (see the “Accreditation” file).

Each Bidder must attach the following documents to his bid:
• Appendix No. 3 – Bidder questionnaire form in Excel format.
• Appendix No. 4 - Counterparty card in Excel format.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
