Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment method and terms - 100% post payment, within 35 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works. The price includes all costs of the Supplier including consumables, spare parts, accessories, transportation costs, fuel and lubricants.

Dear suppliers, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers before the bid deadline.


Each Bidder must attach the following documents to his bid for the B2B-Center platform:
1. Letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization on the preservation of prices for a period of 1 year.
2. Letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization about the possibility of organizing several events at the same time (up to 10-15 in one day).
3. Confirmation on the letterhead of the organization about the territorial presence in the region of the events.
4. Letters of recommendation from clients and the client's contact person to confirm the recommendation on the organization of turnkey events (from the development of an idea, scenario, approval of estimates to implementation).
5. Letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization about the possibility of quick organization of events (from 3 days) without increasing the approved rates.
6. Extract of the Bidder from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/USRIP.
7. The Contractual Counterparty card in Excel format (Appendix No. 4) and the Bidder's questionnaire
(Appendix No. 3) with signature and seal, as well as in Word format.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
