Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer undertakes to pay for the services provided by the Contractor within 14 (fourteen) banking days from the moment the Parties signed the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of Services for the relevant Application, subject to the provision of the Customer with an invoice for payment, an invoice drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The period of cooperation is from 02/01/2022 to 01/31/2023, i.e. at least 1 year. By the end of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of the application submission.
• To participate in the qualification, each participant must attach the following documents to their application:
• Application specification (Appendix # 1 to this invitation), in Excel format.
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 2) in electronic format Excel.
• A company's portfolio with a description of at least 4 large projects (one of which is an online project), with the mechanics of implementing KPI projects (experience in organizing corporate events over the past 3 years for federal / large companies with 150 to 1,000 participants, experience in organizing online projects over the past six months).
• Tax and accounting reporting (The income of the event company based on the results of reporting for six months at the time of the launch of the competition must be at least 5 million rubles (excluding VAT).


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal entities. obligations with the customer at the choice of the supplier.
