Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

In addition to the proposal, the proposal should include the following title documents as part of:
- certificate of state registration of legal entity;
- certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- extract from the unified state register of legal entities no more than one month old;
- charter and (or) memorandum of association;
- a decision (order) on the appointment of the head of the organization;
- a document confirming the authority of the person - signatory on the part of the counterparty;
- a document confirming the location of the organization at the place of registration (certificate of ownership of the premises, lease (sublease), other document);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no more than one month old
- License / other document necessary for carrying out activities (in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation)
- The power of attorney and a copy of the passport, authorized representative signing the contract
- Copy of the passport of the person signing the contract
- Signer's TIN
- Notification of the possibility of applying a simplified tax system (if the counterparty applies the simplified tax system)
Organization card in the form of a tender organizer (part of the technical documentation)

The purpose of this tender is to select the optimal counterparty for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of Audi A8 and Ford Explorer cars of Svyaznoy Svyaz LLC.

This INVITATION is not a tender (announcement of a tender), and its holding is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also, this INVITATION is not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request procedure does not impose on the Tender Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.
The text of this INVITATION, including all attachments and additions, is not an offer, an invitation to bid, an offer by the Tender Organizer to conclude an agreement, but is a definition of needs and an invitation to submit a commercial proposal to meet these needs.
The publication of this INVITATION, the preparation and submission of the proposal by the company and the subsequent evaluation by the Tender Organizer of the tender received does not oblige the Organizer to conclude an agreement or pay bills.
The organizer has the right to stop the tender at any time without giving reasons.
The Organizer has the right not to consider the offer of the Participant without giving reasons.
The proposal submitted by the company in response to this INVITATION, as well as any subsequent materials submitted by the company in response to requests for additional information, will be considered as an offer. By submitting an offer, the company agrees that all materials related to this offer attached to it or referred to by this offer may be included in subsequent contractual agreements between the company and the companies that the Tender Organizer represents. The validity of submitted proposals may not be less than 30 calendar days.
The tender organizer reserves the right to negotiate an agreement with more than one company, if it is in its interests.
By submitting an offer, the company agrees that any expenses incurred by it during the preparation of the commercial proposal, as well as during its discussion, are borne by the company and cannot be put up to the Tender Organizer or to the companies it represents in any case.
The terms of this INVITATION and all documents associated with it, as well as the results of meetings and negotiations should be considered by the company as confidential information and information constituting a trade secret. Such information should only be used to respond to the INVITATION. Access to the INVITATION of third parties and / or subcontractors is unacceptable without the prior consent of the Organizer.
Any information disclosed by the Company in response to this INVITATION will be considered confidential and will not be used by the Organizer in any way that will allow you to identify the source of information.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
