Site b2b-center.ru) or the deadline for providing the answer. The tender organizer reserves the right to change any dates within the scope of this request. The reception of questions is terminated 2 working days before the deadline specified in the RFP of submission of answers from participants.
This RFP is not a contest (announcement of bidding), and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
