Payment terms:The closure of works is carried out on the basis of the confirmed volume of work performed in the form of KS2, KS3 with the provision of acts of hidden work and the provision of KS-6, no later than the 25th day of each month. Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the work is made upon completion of the work within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the acts of COP-2, COP-3. The Customer withholds 4 (four) of the amount of payments % to ensure the quality of Work and proper fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor to eliminate defects caused by the fault of the Contractor. All amounts withheld in this order are paid to the Contractor at a time after 6 months from the date of signing the final Act of work performed. (the contractor can offer its own terms)
