1. A prerequisite for the tender is to fix the price for the period up to June 30, 2023.
2. The offered products must meet all the technical requirements stated in the need.
3. In case of readiness to sign an agreement with a protocol of disagreements, when submitting a Technical and Commercial Proposal, it is necessary to upload it through E-Marketplaces.
4. The applicant must necessarily apply for those items for which he plans to participate in the tender.
5. The applicant must provide a sample according to the file attached to the bid documentation ("Sample Requirements").
6. The tender will be held in 1 stage:
- Collection of commercial offers by 11/14/2023 and conducting online competitive bidding process among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies
7. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. For the accreditation of new counterparties (for those companies that have not previously been accredited in the FGC Group of Companies), as well as companies whose accreditation period is coming to an end / has expired, it is necessary to upload documents on the website https://fsk.ru/about/tenders and notify in the body of the e-mail about the fact of uploading documents to the e-mail: kuhtinda@fsk.ru until 11/14/2023 inclusive.
