The Contest being held is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest being held is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the TOR.

The Request for Proposals will be held from 10.11.21 to 15:00 16.11.21 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Consent with the TK and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• regulations of trading in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Form "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on the simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents on the ETP;

The offer must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
