Payment terms:Payment upon completion of the work within 5 banking days from the date of signing the act of completed work and issuing an invoice by the Contractor. We are ready to consider other options.
Delivery terms:All works are carried out on the territory of the Novomoskovsk OSP facility. The delivery of the materials used must be included in the cost of the work.

Comments:
Proposals are accepted according to the attached terms of reference., in the form of a commercial offer template.
Object description:
2.1. Storage room
Purpose: storage of mineral fertilizers
2.2. Equipment used:
a) Technological transport
b) Construction transport and machinery (except tracked vehicles)
c) Cargo transport with a carrying capacity of over 30 tons
d) Warehousing (if necessary) - concentrated load, load up to 10 tons per 1m2.
2.3. Traffic intensity: not limited within category 3 roads.
2.4. Driving speed up to 10km/h.
The completion date is May-June 2024.
The required period of work is no more than 60 days. In case of deviation of deadlines other than necessary, the supplier indicates the deadline for submitting documentation no later than 10 days.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
