Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

To participate in the electronic auction you need to:
Prior to the auction sent by e-mail to: Tatyana.Kucher@x5.ru and download ETP the following documents:
1. signed by the responsible person of Annex №3, №6;
2. filled counterparty card (Appendix №4) in an Excel format (all items are required, change the format of the table is strictly prohibited); Instructions for filling can be found in Appendix №7;
3. scan-copy of an extract register, issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service (no later than a month ago at the time of grant);
4. Documents confirming that the spacecraft sufficient production resources for the provision of services under the contract:
• information on the average number of employees for the years 2018-2019 .;
• staffing;
• confirmation of payment of payroll taxes (personal income tax and contributions to social funds) for 2018-2019 g .;
• Reporting data on insured persons are sent to the Russian Federation Pension Fund, as well as information on income of individuals under the form 2-PIT for the 2018-2019 g .; the provision of statements via telecommunication channels up with marks on their acceptance or vouchers spetsoperatora connection.
5. The financial statements for 2018-2019 counterparty
When not providing a full package of documents, the counterparty will be disqualified.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code and does not entail the occurrence jur. the obligations of the customer the choice of supplier.
