Comments:
The participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 SoC.xlsx ].

Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 14:00 Moscow time 06.06.2023 (questions can be sent by e-mail to Vladimir.Shmakov@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be drawn up by the Participants in writing

The criterion for evaluating and selecting the winner is the best offer in terms of amount.

The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced X5
Group unilaterally, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for prices is not an auction and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
