Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made in rubles in 2 stages:
1. - The Buyer transfers to the settlement account of the Supplier within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the transfer (provided the Contractor submits originals of properly executed primary accounting documents to the Customer) at the end of the period of the OPE for the fact of the performed work.
2. - The Buyer transfers to the settlement account of the Supplier within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the transfer (subject to the originator providing original original accounting documents to the Customer) after entering the PE - the final settlement.

The Buyer's obligations to effect payments are deemed to be fulfilled by writing off the amounts of the corresponding payment from the Buyer's current account.

Comments:
The participant must fill in and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with requirements [06 Qualification requirements.xlsx].

Questions within the framework of the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 18:00 (Moscow time) "05" September 2018 (questions can be sent by e-mail to konkurs@x5.ru, and also placed on the electronic site in the section "Explanations "). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure shall be drawn up by the Participants in writing.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the prohibition of Art. 447-449 Civil Code and does not entail the emergence of jur. obligations at the customer's choice of supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
