Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Sure! Forward the card of the counterparty (Appendix № 4) to the end of the bidding by downloading the documents to the electronic trading and sending them by e-mail E.Zozulya@x5.ru.
After the end of the bidding, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form), filled in the application-specification (appendix № 1) and the Qualification Questionnaire-Questionnaire (appendix № 2) to El. Address: E.Zozulya@x5.ru. The technical task can be found in annex № 3.
