Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 07/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.
Delivery procedure according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
Delivery of equipment is carried out by delivery (delivery, loading) of a batch of equipment/materials by and at the expense of the Supplier (the service is requested through delivery coefficients on the MD), or at the initiative of the Customer by pickup of a batch of equipment from the Supplier's warehouse by the Customer, on time and at the address(s) specified by the Customer in the bid – Specifications:
 no more than 5 (five) calendar days for regular orders;
 there is no need to shorten the delivery time for orders marked "Urgent" (urgent delivery is pre-agreed by the Customer).
