Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The procurement procedure can be carried out in several stages.
LLC "Eapteka" reserves the right to divide the Call for Bidding volume between several suppliers.

Upon delivery of the goods, the Supplier is obliged to transfer to the Customer:
- a document/passport of the product confirming the originality of the product;
- waybills drawn up in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD;
- invoices (indicating the GTE, if available).

Requirements: availability of service centers in Moscow.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
