• Card companies on buyer's samples;
• . A copy of the Charter of the enterprise (or amendments thereto) / 1 page, the basic situation, the participants, which body elected by the executive body, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (working, with the registration number of the registration authority);
• A copy of the Decision on the establishment;
• A copy of the Certificate of state registration;
• A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Document confirming the authority of signing the contract / copy of the report on the election (if the executive authority elected in accordance with the currently in the Charter, that are available, including details of the Charter, which was in force at the time of the election of the executive body (of participants, which body elected executive body and its term), a power of attorney;
