Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

• As part of the qualification, together with the price offer, the following documents must be attached to the site:
• A letter of guarantee on the form of the organization on the preservation of prices for a period of 1 year
• A letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization about the availability of opportunities to hold up to 20-30 events at a time)
• Written confirmation of territorial presence in the region
• Reference letters from clients (at least two) with an indication of the contact person
• Written confirmation of the possibility of quick (1-3 days) organization of events
• Price proposals of companies that did not provide these documents will not be considered

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to select the supplier.
