Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Each participant must attach the following documents to their b2b-center application:
1. A letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization on the preservation of prices for a period of 1 year.
2. A letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization about the possibility of organizing several events simultaneously (up to 10-15 in one day).
3. Confirmation on the letterhead of the organization about the territorial presence in the region of the events.
4. Letters of recommendation from clients and the client's contact person to confirm the recommendation on the organization of turnkey events (from the development of an idea, scenario, approval of estimates to implementation).
5. Letter of guarantee on the letterhead of the organization about the possibility of quick organization of events (from 3 days) without increasing the approved rates.
6. Extract of the participant from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/EGRIP.
7. KA-ta card in Excel format (Appendix No. 4) and participant questionnaire
(Appendix No. 3) with signature and seal, as well as in Word format.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
