Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites companies to participate in the qualification selection. Participants must provide documents confirming qualification requirements, the absence of block factors.
VimpelCom PJSC reserves the right to determine the winners of this procedure based on:
1) Results of compliance with the Qualification Requirements (there are no block factors)
2) Assessment results: financial, tax, corporate security block for the presence / absence of interaction risks.
Participants need:
1) Fill in the file Application form_Documents for participation, submit signed (PDF)
2) Fill in all the bookmarks of the Kamchatka Qualification Requirements File, submit it electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), be sure to attach documents confirming the requirements, which are specified in each requirement.
3) Fill in the entire file "KP_Kamchatka" with primary prices for EACH item (partial filling of the file with prices, or filling in text is NOT ALLOWED!) And submit the commercial proposal only in electronic form (XLS).
4) fill out the XLS form "Template for filling out for financial verification" for the last two full reporting years, submit only in electronic form (XLS). And provide scanned copies in PDF of the buh themselves. Balances must be marked with a tax mark of acceptance on the basis of which the XLS form was filled out.
5) file "Information" in electronic form (XLS)
Please note that after the announcement of the results of this procedure, another procedure will take place on the ETP - bidding in which the participant will reduce the prices for the provided VCs, the procedure for the participant will be paid (all information will need to be obtained from the ETP itself).
