Please note that in the request for commercial offers there are two lots (see Appendix 05 Form KP - two tabs). Lot 1 - tents, Lot 2 - refs / isotherms.
In this case, the participant may apply for participation in one, several or all positions within the same lot.
The participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] by 15:00 GMT on September 12, 2019.
All documents must contain the name of the document.
The amount specified in the RFP is scheduled and may be changed upwards or downwards.
Participants who did not send a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or sent documents that were not filled out properly, as well as participants that do not meet at least one of the qualification selection criteria specified in Appendix No. 4, are recognized as not meeting the requirements of the documentation in the future the selection is not involved.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 12:00 (Moscow time) on September 12, 2019 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, as well as posted on the electronic platform in the section "Clarifications" "). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.
In case of refusal to participate in the procedure, MANDATORY inform about this, indicating the reason, before 15:00 (Moscow time) on September 12, 2019 at Konkurs@x5.ru.
