Payment terms:General payment Terms of the contract:
- Payment will be made in Russian rubles;
- Order of Payment: Payment of services is carried out after the state registration of transfer of ownership to the buyer, selected supplier. For payment the supplier provides originals of the act of executed works and invoices for payment;
- Differentiated amount of remuneration for the services of the supplier depending on the terms and cost of sale of objects.

- Experience of work in the relevant field for at least 3 years;
- No outstanding obligations to third parties;

This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
