1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of registration for tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.

10. Requirements for the performer:
— Permission documents (SRO, licenses, permits).
— Development by the performer of PPR, PPR, RTI.
— The presence of certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety workers at the GCO.
— Availability of medical admission of personnel to work at the GCO.
