Comments:
1. To participate in the bidding, please, send participant's offer executed according to the attached quotation form.
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
3. The winner of the procedure will be the Participant who offered the lowest cost, provided that the products meet the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference.
4. The regime of multiple extension of the competitive procedure is provided for 30 minutes from the date of the last bid.
5. The contract is concluded with the winner on the attached form
