Payment terms:
The maximum deferral of payment, if possible, up to 30/60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, the possibility of settlements with RUSAL's own promissory notes.
Delivery terms:
The criteria for expert evaluation for the selection of the Contractor for the performance of the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. Work in the revision of the customer's contract.
3. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of work:
- membership in self-regulatory organizations in the field of engineering surveys. (confirmed by copies of extracts from the SRO register);
- a certificate signed by the head of the staff of specialists in engineering surveys of the appropriate qualifications and the required number of them;
- the necessary work experience in the development of working documentation in engineering surveys is confirmed by an official Reference List signed by the head, indicating the work performed over the past five years .;
- information of the procurement participant about the absence of unscrupulous suppliers (contractors, executors) in the register provided for by the Federal Law;
- the participant of the competitive selection has no arrears on the accrued taxes, fees and other obligatory payments to the budgets of any level.
4. Involved subcontractors to perform special types of work (engineering surveys) are agreed with the Customer and must have licenses - certificates of admission to a certain type of work that affect the safety of capital construction projects with an attachment (SRO).
5. The presence of a regional subdivision in the nearest regional / regional center (preferably).
6. Terms of work: from 01.09.2021 to 30.09.2021.
7. The maximum deferral of payment, if possible, up to 30/60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, the possibility of settlements with RUSAL's own promissory notes.
8. Quality assurance of work (responsibility for non-compliance of the result of the work performed with the requirements of the current regulatory enactments in engineering surveys).
9. The contractor is obliged to provide supporting documents upon request.
10. For improper performance of the terms of the contract, penalties are provided (including forfeit in the amount of not more than 0.02% of the amount of the unfulfilled obligation for each day).
11. For failure to meet the deadline for the work, there are penalties in the amount of at least 20% of the cost of the work performed.
* Implementation of field supervision and obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities at the expense of the total cost of work under the contract.

- the commercial proposal is received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
The selection will take place with obligatory rebidding.
