| Payment terms: | Payment under this Agreement is carried out in stages in the following order:
- 80% of the price of the stage within 250 (two hundred fifty) calendar days after the Contractor signs the Acceptance Certificate for the work performed for the stage, but not earlier than the receipt of funds from the Customer for the performance of the relevant stages of work under the Main Contract, provided that the Subcontractor provides the Contractor with the originals of the Delivery Certificate -acceptance of work performed and invoice (if any);
- 20% of the price of the stage within 25 (twenty five) working days after receiving the Positive conclusion based on the results of engineering surveys, but not earlier than the receipt of funds from the Customer for the implementation of the relevant stages of work under the Main contract. |
