Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed is made in the following way:
- within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the completed works 70% of the cost of the Work;
- within 60 (sixty) calendar days after receiving a positive expert opinion of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys, 30% of the cost of the Work.
No advance payment is provided.
Delivery terms:Terms (periods) of rendering services: no more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract by both Parties
