Payment terms:
Payment of work performed is made by the customer on the fact of completion of all Work and acceptance by the customer of the result works signed by the parties on the basis of the Act of acceptance of the executed works, with a delay of no less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing of the acceptance certificate of executed works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set of the following documents:
ü Act of acceptance of the executed works, signed by the parties;
ü acceptance-transfer Registry by a contractor to the employer a full set of documentation on the works;
ü Original positive opinions, Examinations, approvals, permits, issued by specialized organizations to documentation for the works;
ü original invoice;
ü original invoice issued by Act of acceptance of work performed and passed to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of the works,
ü providing Contractor Provide, in accordance with the agreement on the enforcement of the obligations (annex 4 to the agreement);
Assuming no claims and demands from the customer by the quality and timing of work performed.
Delivery terms:
the contractor on the job the customer undertakes to comply with the complex of works and to refer to the customer result (s) for the work specified in clause 1.3 of the Treaty and the terms of reference (Annex No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 hereto), within the time limits and under the conditions laid down in Agreement, and the customer undertakes to accept and pay for the result (s) of works in the manner and under the conditions laid down in the Treaty.
