| Payment terms: | Payment for the completed works is made by the Customer monthly, for the amount of work actually performed, after delivery by the Contractor, and acceptance by the Customer of the completed works (by the responsible department of the Customer, according to the ownership of the repaired object), within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of the completed works in the form of KS-2, certificates of the cost of the completed works and costs in the form of KS-3, on the basis of the original invoices, invoices issued by the Contractor to the Customer, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account. |
